Our Ideal Client
Whilst you may be searching for more than just your typical accountant, we too have a criteria in assessing clients. For the relationship to work, we are looking for the following attributes:
- Like minded people with financial goals who are taking action.
- Clients who have organised their financial affairs by way of an accounting package or spreadsheet rather than a ‘shoebox’ of receipts.
- Information provided to us that is accurate and on a timely basis when requested.
- Clients who believe their accountant will help contribute in achieving their goals.
- Clients that adhere to our terms of engagement.
We endeavour to keep our firm relatively small to offer a unique service where all clients can deal with the Partner and the accountant linked with the job. We therefore are not always looking to take on new clients or work to ensure we can provide the high level of service to our existing customers.
Our Fees
Our fees are charged based on time spent and can vary depending on who is undertaking the work but also the complexity of the task. Our hourly charge rates are as follows:
- Partner
- $330 per hour
- Senior Accountant
- $200 - $280 per hour
- Junior Accountant
- $120 - $180 per hour
Please note these rates are inclusive of GST.
As you can appreciate, our time is money and therefore it is firm policy to invoice you for the initial meeting.
Invoices will be issued at the completion of work however if delays are experienced due to waiting on information or queries, an interim bill will be issued at the end of the month when the time cost has reached $500.
Before any work is undertaken, we are able to provide you with a quote if required.
Our payment terms are strictly 7 days and we accept cheques or EFT.
